I conducted interviews with future users, prototyped the new tool based on my insights, and tested it with another group of craftsmen.

How can we parallelize design tasks to accelerate the development of an MVP?

A large Swiss cosmetics company wanted to launch a new personalized skincare brand.

I developed the concept and a prototype for the website, which included a cosmetician-supported online skin analysis and a system for assigning product ingredients to individual skin profiles.

Simultaneously, the product’s visual brand was developed. By adding the visual assets to the prototype, we were able to quickly conduct user tests and iterate on the design without impeding the development team.

A European online brokerage provider planned to launch an e-learning platform for its customers.

I provided initial insights to enable fast and informed decisions on the overall product direction. I then conceptualized and designed the platform and the contents for the first course.
